Patients requiring outpatient IV antibiotics should be referred to their closest Home Parenteral Therapy Program (HPTP), usually via the Emergency Department.
Patients requiring general Infectious Disease outpatient consultation should be referred to Dr. Joe Kim at the Rockyview General Hospital ID Outpatient Clinic.
Patients with HIV infection should be referred to the Southern Alberta Clinic.
