Patients requiring IV antibiotics should be referred to their closest Home Parenteral Therapy Program (HPTP) clinic.
Patients requiring general Infectious Diseases outpatient consultation, should be referred to Dr. Joe Kim at the Rockyview General Hospital outpatient ID clinic.
Patients with HIV infection should be referred to the Southern Alberta Clinic (SAC).
